Supporter guide · checked 24 October 2026. Following Napoli from abroad or preparing for a first match is easier when you separate the football story from the practical arrangements. This is a guide to finding the right official information, not a ticket offer or a live fixture list.
Start with the exact fixture
Use SSC Napoli’s official website to find the announcement for the match you want to follow. Check the opponent, competition, date, kick-off time and whether Napoli are at home. An old article or search-result snippet can describe a different season.
Our suggested habit is to save the announcement itself and check it again before making travel arrangements. Convert the published kick-off time to your own time zone when watching from abroad.
Distinguish a match ticket from a season ticket
The club’s 2026/27 season-ticket FAQ directs purchases to its TicketOne channel and includes specific instructions about Fidelity Card renewals. Those are season-ticket instructions; they should not be assumed to describe the conditions of every individual match sale.
For a single game, follow the purchasing link in that game’s official announcement. Check whether the stated sale phase, card requirements and any restrictions apply to you before paying. Napoli Win does not sell or reserve tickets.
Check practical needs separately
The club website provides dedicated information for stadium access, supporters with disabilities and minors. Use the relevant official page for your circumstances rather than relying on an all-purpose checklist from a previous season.
Before setting off, our practical checklist is simple: confirm the fixture, keep the official ticket instructions available, check the current entry information and plan your return journey. Ticket availability, prices and transport timetables are deliberately not reproduced here because they can change.
Build a little context before kick-off
Read our stadium introduction to understand the venue, then try a historical tactical viewing guide. For live announcements, return to the official club and competition channels.
